- Children must be age 3 and not exceed age 7.

- Children must be FULLY POTTY TRAINED or have a medical exemption.

- A snack will be provided; please ensure to answer the question forum at booking so we are aware of any allergies.

- This is an inclusive camp. If your child has any unique needs we should be aware of please notate that in the question forum at booking so we can reach out to you to discuss how we can best serve your family.

- After booking you will receive a waiver by email. Your child will not be able to participate until the waiver is signed.

- YOUR CHILD MUST BE PICKED UP AT 12:30PM. A late fee of 20 dollars per 5 minutes will be charged to the card on file in the event of a late pickup.

- You may have 3 people on a list to pickup and they must present a photo ID at pickup.

- You are more than welcome to stay for open play after you pickup.

- A 25% deposit is due at booking and the remainder owed is due the Wednesday before the camp week you booked for. We will call you to collect any remaining balance.

- If you book all 9 weeks then the remainder owed is due June 30th. After you pay the 25% deposit you may make payments of any amount before June 30th. We will call you to collect any remaining balance.

- All payments are non-refundable but are always transferable. In the event that you need to cancel your booking we will discuss together what you would like to move your balance to; ex: open play, special event, party, another camp week, etc.
