Metropolis Package

-3 hours private access to our party room and play floor for your party.
-This party package means you walk in and the party is setup for you. Talk with us about your theme and we will bring it to life. This includes themed: photo backdrop, 2 ballon arches, banners, balloon or table centerpieces, and paper goods.
-Add ons available such as goodie bags, party experiences, birthday welcome sign on a stand, etc.
-You will receive a phone call to verbally confirm your party date and time. We will discuss party decor and food during that phone call.

Party F.A.Q.
How is a party structured? When you come for a party you have 45 minutes to set up the party room. Guests will arrive and start playing on the play floor. You will spend half of your booked time playing and the other half of your time in the party room having food/cake.
Can you go back onto the play floor after you are done in the party room? After your playtime is over and you go back for food/cake we are busy cleaning/sanitizing the toys for the next party or event so we do not allow reentry to the play floor.
Do you have to clean the party room after your party is over? No! we do all the cleaning. Just take what you brought and want to keep. We take care of the rest!
Party end times: We wish we could stay and hang out together all day but we do have to respect the next set of guests so we do ask that you and your guests are leaving the party room at your end time. We have to clean and prepare the room for the next party and allow them their set up time as well. We do charge a fee for time spent after your party ends.
Do all the guests need to be shoes off? Yes, we have a lot of adults that do not know this and are shocked! Please be sure to tell your guests beforehand to bring socks if they do not want to go barefoot.
What kind of things can you use to hang items on the wall for decoration? We only allow wall safe putty to be used on the walls. No thumb tacks, tape, or glue can be used on the walls. Different brands of putty are Loctite FunTak and Gorilla Mounting Putty. If you forget we do have them on site for purchase.
Do we allow alcohol and tobacco? No we have a firm no alcohol/tobacco policy. If violated you will be asked to leave the play town. Otherwise, we allow any outside food or drink.
Will our cafe be open during the party/can you have an open cafe? Yes, our cafe is always open for your guest to purchase items. If you would like we can do an open cafe and each guest can order a drink and we will settle up with you at the end.
Can we have outside party vendors set up the party for us? No we do not allow outside vendors to come set up your party as we have a package that includes those services.
